So many questions, so little time.... This is not intended to answer everything, but does cover some of the basic questions. Retail customers ask different questions to the tuning industry, so the FAQs have been split into two broad sections. If you have a specific question, please send an e-mail.

Incidentally, the VW Golf shown in the website banner is a TDi PD 130, tuned for 182.7bhp and 303lb ft of torque. It is one of the cars used for the original development of the full-specification Versatile Tuning Box. The picture was taken on the track at Brands Hatch, Kent.

Where does the extra power come from? What improvement can be achieved? Does anything else need to be done to the car? Why not just have my car chipped? What about the cheaper tuning boxes available? Will the box wear my engine out more quickly? How will fuel consumption be affected? Will this affect my insurance policy?	How is the box applied to a new project? How is the Versatile Tuning Box mapped? What if the box doesn't work on my target vehicles? Can any specific vehicle model be used by any distributor? Are the tuning files protected from prying eyes?
